At interesting.fun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
• Customized or personalized products
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@interesting.fun with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).

3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item).
• Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
• Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use or damage), we will notify you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside of Hong Kong, please ensure that you clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
